Amore Restaurant has been serving the finest Italian food in Seattle for 8 years. At Amore Italian Restaurant we consider food an art and bring passion to fine Italian dining. Not only do we use the freshest, highest quality ingredients, but we add our passion for “palette pleasing” to each Italian dish we serve. We use locally grown produce and organic products when preparing our authentic Italian cuisine. These ingredients are masterfully combined by our award winning chef and owner Sean Langan.

A Taste of Amore

In our kitchen is where the real magic happens. We start with the freshest most natural and organic ingredients we can get our hands on locally and turn it into pure heaven on a fork. Our food is recognized by the American Heart Association as being one of the healthiest in Seattle. Our beef comes from Harris Ranches in California known for quality and safety into their beef production. As part of our green initiative we only use wild, line caught fish.

Using the freshest ingredients is another way that Chef Sean Langan demonstrates his passion. Our chef orders our ingredients daily, as this is “The only way to make sure it’s truly fresh”. Choosing only natural and locally grown produce, Chef Langan will tell you “The less it travels the more life it has when it gets here”. He only accepts the freshest, most nutrient rich ingredients in which to make our amazing dishes. Sometimes he just won’t offer a dish on the menu because the high standards of his kitchen aren’t met in an ingredient.
